VXP Meeting is a white label virtual meeting platform. No cross-selling, no advertising other services, no direct emails to the attendees, or your clients. We are corporate event techs that understand live events. The company was established in 1996 and in 2019 created the dedicated VXP Meeting brand to support AV Production company asks. Things grew and evolved fast in 2020! As a meeting planner and AV Production company, you know live event production. The VXP Meeting platform follows the same live production workflow, making it AV Production ready, and easy for meeting planners to use.

Using a serverless database environment, VXP meetings automatically scale by adding additional servers, to accommodate events from 50 to 10,000 attendees. Automated health checks and performance monitors trigger automatic scaling to assure every event is online, and stays online, throughout the meeting.

LOGIN OPTIONS
Not every event is the same, and VXP Meetings have different attendee login options to match the event needs:
Pre-registration: only attendees on a provided registration have access privileges.
Domain locked: only attendees from an approved email domain (e.g. [email protected]) have access privileges.
Self-Registration: attendees must complete a registration to access the meeting. Plus, meeting planners can monitor and approve registrations.

Never leave the meeting platform URL for breakout sessions, discussion rooms and small group meetings – all happen directly inside the meeting platform.
Up to 200 attendees per breakout room. Customize the meeting room branding. Each breakout room can divide attendees into 10 sub-breakout rooms. And you can have up to 100 simultaneous meeting rooms.
Alternatively, links to external Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, etc. meetings can be added to the interactive agenda.

Never leave the meeting platform for breakout sessions, discussion rooms and small group meetings with native embedded meeting rooms.

It is a seamless experience for the attendees with no other links to go to. And seamless for the Meeting Team with access to the registration reports 24/7 in the meeting platform admin dashboard.
Optionally, external registration systems, such as Cvent and Eventbrite, can be connected to a VXP Meeting.
