The VXP meeting platform is a product of TLC Creative Services, Inc., a long-time live event design company that has been providing support to AV production for live corporate events for 20+ years.

Our core is presentation design and motion graphics for live events. Pre-pandemic we provided several online meeting planner tools; attendee registration, event branded email, name badge and onsite signage designs and event microsites.

As the Pandemic unfolded, and many of our AV production company partners needed a virtual meeting solution, we expanded our online meeting tools to include a full featured virtual meeting platform that matched the event planner workflow and needs. A key feature was reliable and secure, but also ad-free to all attendees, with dedicated real-time attendee tech support.
