The digital venue starts with a custom domain name and branded login experience. The event can be a single meeting room to dozens meeting rooms. Single day or week long events. Customizable attendee interaction modules customize to meet the needs of the event. Scalable from a small group to 5,000+ attendees in multiple concurrent sessions.

Using a serverless database environment, VXP meetings automatically scale by adding additional servers, to accommodate events from 50 to 10,000 attendees. Automated health checks and performance monitors trigger automatic scaling to assure every event is online, and stays online, throughout the meeting.

LOGIN OPTIONS

Not every event is the same, and VXP Meetings have different attendee login options to match the event needs:

Pre-registration: only attendees on a provided pre-registration have access privileges

Domain locked: only attendees from an approved email domain (e.g. [email protected]) has access privileges

Self-Registration: only completed registrations – approved by meeting planner, have access privileges
