VXP Custom Design Guidelines
Each module of the VXP virtual meeting platform is developed and tested to assure use and viewing as designed across all devices and browsers. The VXP platform is also developed to be visually branded to each client or event. It is recommended all design elements be in place before the meeting starts as the VXP servers leverage cached content (eg. loaded 1X and held in local browser memory to not need to be downloaded again).

Design Element Specifications:
- File formats: .svg, .ai, .eps, .psd, or .png
- 800px wide minimum
Backgrounds are customized for each meeting/client. Recommendation is consistent background styling across the platform for the following screens: announce, login, meeting room(s), end of meeting. Backgrounds can be any the following: Solid color, gradient colors, texture, image, video loop
Design Element Specifications:
- Solid color: HEX value
- Gradient colors: 2 HEX values and orientation (top-bottom, left-right, angle, etc.)
- Background seamless tiled texture:
- 256×256 px or 512×512 px
- File size: 50-200 kb
- File formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .svg
- Background image:

- File size: <2 mb
- File formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .psd, .svg, .ai, .eps

- File size: under 7mb for optimal loading

- Frame rate: 24-30 FPS
- Target bit rate: 3-5 Mpbs
- Length: 5-25 seconds, seamlessly looping

A favicon, short for “favorite icon”, is a small image that represents a website or web page in the browser address bar. Custom art can be used.
Design Element Specifications:
- 32 x 32px
- .gif, .png, or .ico
- Transparency support based on browser
Platform wide font can be customized if requested.
- Google font library
- Custom fonts (e.g. anything outside Google font library) is not included in the base VXP packages, but can be implemented as a project add-on, and with a minimum of 3 weeks before meeting platform use for implementation and testing.
All VXP platforms are built with responsive design in mind. Responsive design ensures that a website or app looks good and works well no matter what device is being used; phone, tablet, laptop, or big desktop screen. The content, images, and buttons adjust their size and position automatically so you can easily read, click, and scroll, whether you’re on a portrait or landscape window.
