Are All PDFs Equal ?
The issue with online PDFs is people view them differently. Their device software setup, defaults, security policies and more can mean the PDF document created will not be viewed, navigated, or function the same for everyone. The VXP team heard this from frustrated meeting planners and frazzled meeting attendees. So we integrated a PDF viewer into the VXP system. All PDFs open in the same viewer assuring everyone has the exact same experience. Everyone sees the content as designed. Everyone navigates the document with the exact same interface and functionality. Every PDF has the same functionality, assuring embedded hyperlinks work, and interactive content remains interactive. In addition we have the option to turn on or off things like if the PDF can be downloaded, printed or shared.
The VXP Always Available PDF can be a stand-alone service or seamlessly integrated within a VXP virtual meeting platform, or with other VXP Connect meeting planner tools.
