Like all VXP services, the attendee registration system is an all-inclusive offering, providing everything for simple event needs to robust multi-phase incentive trip registrations. The VXP attendee registration seamlessly integrates with all other services, from virtual meeting platform access to event email address packages.

5. Incentive Trip Registration
   
   • This robust attendee registration is specifically designed for President’s Club and company-sponsored travel experiences.
   • The multi-phase registration starts with an interest capture, then an acceptance registration, followed by winner details. Later the registration expands to capture travel preferences, dietary restrictions, and guest details. The next phase provides details on activities and captures attendee selections. Finally, the registration site becomes a password-access-only central information point for registered attendees to get event details, including resort information, local weather forecast, attendee shareable photo album, and more!

VXP’s Attendee Registration is not simply a static template with areas for your logo and a paragraph of information. The VXP team does all of the design and management for you, freeing up your time for the many other event needs.

Meeting Planners can login to their event registration dashboard and view reports that provide answers to all of these questions! Access is available 24/7 and reports are viewable online and can be exported to PDF or editable Excel files. Up to 4 meeting planner logins are included.
