what happens post event?

Hey, the meeting is over – but do your online tools know that? We see it all the time; virtual meetings can still be logged into, online meeting materials are still accessible, QR codes take people to old content, and event registration is still working – even though there is no longer an event to register for.   • All event information is removed from online access after the end of the event.
  • The meeting link remains active for up to 4 months and displays a professional, “Meeting Information for this event is closed” message.
