what happens post event?

  • All event information is removed from online access within 7 days of end of the event.
  • The meeting link remains active for up to 4 months and displays a “Meeting Information for this event is closed” message.
  • Optionally, during this “closed” time, a redirect button can be added to a company website, YouTube or Vimeo video.
  • And your event link can be reactivated for future events for consistency!
